The Elders were raised up to seek the Lord’s direction in the provision of spiritual leadership and direction. They meet weekly to address:

                ◊ Missions

       • Spiritual matters

◊ Prayer

◊ Counsel

◊ Direction

The Deacons were raised up to seek the Lord’s direction in the provision of financial leadership and direction, servant ministry and oversight of the buildings and property. They meet weekly to address:

• Financial matters

◊ Budget

• Building and property matters

The Pastor is the Leading Elder, providing general oversight of the ministry of the church and leadership to the Elders and Deacons. The Elders and Deacons meet together regularly to pray and seek the Lord’s direction for Restoration Fellowship.
