The Restoration Fellowship Food Share program is affiliated with Care and Share of Southwest Colorado and Feeding America (formerly named America’s Second Harvest) the nation’s food bank network. Recipients may not sell, trade or offer food or other items for sale or trade directly or indirectly. Recipients agree to indemnify, defend and hold Restoration Fellowship and the food bank network free and harmless from and against all and any liabilities, damages, losses, claims, causes of action, suits at law or in equity or any obligation whatsoever and all costs and expenses including attorneys fees arising out of or attributed to any action of the food bank agencies in connection with storage and/or use, including distribution of donated food.
